    By accessing semesterrescue.com (the “Site”), purchasing a product, or using our services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  2. Products & Delivery

  • Digital templates (Essential, Academic/Bundle). Delivered as Notion “Duplicate” links with onboarding instructions.

  • AI Setup Kit add-on. Can be purchased as a toggle/bundle or post-purchase upsell.

  • White Glove VIP. You submit intake (e.g., syllabi) and we perform setup in your or your student’s Notion workspace.

  • Timing. Delivery occurs immediately after payment success; emails may take several minutes to arrive.

  1. License & Acceptable Use

  • You receive a single-user license for personal use in your Notion account(s).

  • You may customize your copy for your own use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish private download/duplicate links; scrape our content; use for unlawful purposes or academic dishonesty; or attempt to disrupt our Site or automations.

  1. Payments, Taxes, Pricing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Square; we do not store card numbers.

  • Prices are in USD (unless stated otherwise) and may change without notice.

  • Taxes (e.g., sales tax/VAT) may be collected where required.

  1. Refunds

  • Digital products (Essential, Academic/Bundle, AI Setup Kit):
    • 14-day refund window from purchase.
    • We may decline refunds if (a) the template or links were publicly redistributed, (b) significant usage indicates abuse, or (c) the request is outside the window.
    • If approved, we trigger the refund within 3 business days. Banks usually post refunds in 5–10 business days—please allow up to 14 days.

  • White Glove VIP:
    • Target turnaround is 12 hours from completed intake and payment. Delays from missing info, inaccessible files, or scope changes pause the clock.
    • If we miss the target due to our fault, we’ll provide a $100 credit or a refund—our choice.
    • Satisfaction issues are handled case-by-case; we may request a reasonable attempt to remedy before refunding.

  1. Third-Party Services
    We rely on Notion, Stripe, Square, Google Analytics 4, Meta/TikTok pixels, Tally (forms), email providers, and N8n automations. Their terms/privacy apply in addition to ours.

  2. Student/Parent Responsibilities
    Students must enter accurate course info; outputs are estimates to guide planning. Parents/guardians purchasing for minors are responsible for consent and supervision.

  3. Warranties & Liability
    THE SITE, TEMPLATES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

  4. Updates & Support
    We may ship improvements and bug fixes. Reasonable email support is included; response times may vary during peak seasons.

  5. Governing Law; Disputes

International transfers

  • Transaction records: 7 years (or as required by law).

  • Support and intake data: generally 12 months after last interaction, unless needed longer for legal reasons.

  • VIP files (e.g., syllabi) are deleted within 30 days of service completion unless you ask us to retain them.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, and port your data.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing at any time (transactional emails will still be sent).
